Knollwood, owned and funded by the Army Distaff Foundation, is a premier residential and healthcare military retirement community for retired military officers and their families. Founded for a benevolent purpose, the Army Distaff Foundation provides financial assistance to those in need, ensuring that no eligible person is denied residency. Since its inception in 1989, Knollwood has expanded to include four levels of care independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and the Special Care Center for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

ASSIGNMENT
We partnered with Varsity to help capture the true heart of the Knollwood's unique community and lifestyle for promotional materials. We used natural lighting to capture Knollwood's real residents, using the residents' apartments and immaculate facilities as our backdrop. While were we there to capture the community, its charming residents stole the shoot and our hearts.
